Our pay as you go support is charged at a flat rate. However, the most cost effective way of paying for ad hoc support is through discounted pre-paid tickets.

 

▪ Remote Assistance

 

For those that want peace of mind the Remote Assistance fixed monthly plan is ideal. You can relax - you are always in control.

 

The Remote Assistance plan provides telephone and remote assistance only.    It is based on the number of users to be supported. It doesn’t matter how often they call, the price stays the same.
